NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT Welcomes Brad Oscar to the Cast Beginning January 8

The producers of the Tony-winning hit musical comedy NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT have announced that Tony Award nominee Brad Oscar will perform the role of ‘Cookie McGee’ beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, January 8th during Michael McGrath’s two month leave of absence. This reunites Mr. Oscar with Matthew Broderick for the first time since they starred together in the original cast of The Producers.

Brad Oscar was last seen on Broadway in The Addams Family and his previous Broadway credits include The Producers (Tony® nomination), Spamalot, Jekyll & Hyde, Aspects of Love. He also appeared on the West End in The Producers. He has appeared in the national tours of Young Frankenstein and Jekyll & Hyde. Off-Broadway he has been seen in Forbidden Broadway, Encores! Bells Are Ringing, Do Re Mi. Regional credits include Fiddler on the Roof (Barrington Stage); Barnum (Asolo/Maltz Jupiter; Carbonell Award, Best Actor – Musical); The Mystery of Irma Vep, Cabaret, Damn Yankees (Arena Stage); First Wives Club (Old Globe). He has appeared in the films Ghost Town and The Producers; and on TV in The Good Wife, Smash and Law & Order.
