Facebook Expands Testing Of Highlight Feature For Users

Brands on Facebook have a variety of ways to get their message out to more people. But what about regular users? Facebook is expanding its testing of a way to allow users to pay for higher exposure — highlighting.

In May, Facebook users in New Zealand noticed this new feature. People could pay a few bucks to highlight posts, in order to ensure that more of their friends saw them. Facebook noted in May that it just rolled out this test to gauge interest in the feature.

According to The Next Web, Facebook has expanded the test to select users around the world.
