Boneau/Bryan-Brown Congratulates Our 2011-2012 Drama Desk Award Winners

The 57th annual Drama Desk Awards, celebrating excellence in Broadway, Off-Broadway and Off-Off Broadway theatre, were presented last night.

DEATH OF A SALESMAN won Outstanding Revival of a Play, Outstanding Director of a Play (Mike Nichols) and Outstanding Lighting Design (Brian MacDevitt).

FOLLIES won Outstanding Revival of a Musical, Outstanding Actor in a Musical (Danny Burstein) and Outstanding Costume Design (Gregg Barnes).

NICE WORK IF YOU CAN GET IT won Outstanding Book of a Musical (Joe DiPietro), Outstanding Featured Actress in a Musical (Judy Kaye) and Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical (Michael McGrath).

ONCE won Outstanding Musical, Outstanding Director of a Musical (John Tiffany), Outstanding Lyrics (Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová) and Outstanding Orchestrations (Martin Lowe).

ONE MAN, TWO GUVNORS won Outstanding Actor in a Play (James Corden), Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play (Tom Edden) and Outstanding Music in a Play (Grant Olding).

SONS OF THE PROPHET playwright Stephen Karam was honored with the Sam Norkin Off-Broadway award.
