The St. Louis Post Dispatch’s Judith Newmark raves “JERSEY BOYS is red-hot, a high voltage surge of pure theatrical electricity.  The music is so easy to enjoy and the performances are so crisp that JERSEY BOYS appeals to different generations; why not share the excitement with people you care about?  Lively and brimming with enjoyable music, JERSEY BOYS reminds us why live theater is different from going to the movies, watching TV, or, in this case, listening to the car radio.  Live theater alone provides this kind of powerful charge, surging from the stage into the audience.”

The News Democrat’s Lynn Venhaus raved “The potent mix of soaring harmonies, catchy, pop hooks and crisp delivery bring Franki Valli and the Four Seasons’ greatest hits to life in the dynamic JERSEY BOYS.  Number after musical number elicits goosebumps, which is why it’s still packing houses around the world, and a favorite of Fox theatregoers.  The show is a pure adrenaline rush of great music combined with tight direction, rousing performances and a jolt of heart with the soul.  Enjoying this musical with appreciative fans is the cherry on top of this sundae.”

The Suburban Journals’ Mathew DeKinder raves “Few musicals can claim the right to be called an instant classic, but when JERSEY BOYS opened on Broadway in 2005 it was just that – an instant classic.  When given a fresh listen in the context of such a fascinating story, the songs are nothing short of stunning.  There are only a handful of musicals I would label as “must-see” and JERSEY BOYS is right at the top of that list.  Even if you only  have the slightest interest in music and have never even been to the theatre, this show would serve as the perfect initiation.”
